I never buy a chocolate cake mix anymore!

Lazy Woman Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cold water
Mix dry ingredients and add liquids. Gently mix with a fork, do not beat! Put into a greased 12x18 pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cake tests done.
This cake is a good without frosting as it is with frosting!Joycenoreply@blogger.com
